By accessing e2rentalhub.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order or booking a rental.
2.1 General Eligibility & Service Scope
E2 Rental Hub provides bulk smart souvenirs, personalized gifts for purchase, and cultural/lifestyle items for rent. We serve clients residing in Nigeria as well as international clients ordering from abroad for delivery worldwide or to locations within Nigeria.
2.2 Sales, Customization, and Bulk Orders
Order Approvals: For bulk souvenirs and custom engravings, clients must formally approve the digital mockup or design sample before mass production begins. E2 Rental Hub is not liable for errors (typos, color discrepancies) on designs approved by the client.
Pricing & Currency: Prices on the website are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) but may be subject to currency conversion fees depending on your international bank or payment gateway.
2.3 Rental Terms & Conditions
Rental Duration: The rental period begins and ends on the exact dates specified in your booking confirmation.
Security Deposit: Rentals of high-value cultural items (e.g., original stone coral beads, hand-sculpted staffs) may require a refundable security deposit. This deposit will be refunded in full upon the safe, undamaged return of the items.
Late Fees & Damages: Items returned late will attract a daily late fee penalty. In cases where original stone coral beads, traditional staffs, or other rental items are returned broken, stained, altered, or lost, the client will be billed for the full replacement cost or forfeit their security deposit.
Car Rental Services: Specific chauffeur and logistics terms apply to car rentals and will be provided separately upon booking validation.
2.4 Shipping, Customs, and Delivery
International Deliveries (Diaspora): For items shipped outside Nigeria, the buyer is solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees levied by the destination country.
Delivery Timelines: While we guarantee timely dispatch, E2 Rental Hub is not liable for international transit delays caused by customs processing or foreign postal service bottlenecks.
2.5 Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
